I've added my 'ticker' to the bottom of my blog (not that anyone cares) but you can see my weight loss in progress. I'm not really sure how this all works, being, this is my first day and I'm still trying to work my way through it, so it may take a little while to all catch up. My goal is 25 pounds, so I'm hoping this will help me keep track of my weight loss. My only problem is this; I'm not too concerned with what the scale says because if I'm working out, eating proteins, then of course I would be gaining muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. I'm not sure how to track inches. I probably need to look into that. I wouldn't mind the scale saying 120-125, but ultimately, I want to lose inches and feel healthy. Once I get there, I can enjoy my celebration drink and celebration cake on my celebration island in my celebration bikini! lol

The whole 'drinking water' thing is weirdly going good. I've had more water in the last 3 weeks than I have my entire life! Is it possible for a human being to drown from tooo much water? I take it arm floaties won't be able to save me!
I really need to work on getting my butt to exercise. That's what I have the most trouble with, only because I hate having to wash and blow dry my hair. I know, I know lame excuse, but it takes me FOR.EVER to do my hair. I have a crap load of hair (not that I'm complaining about the amount of hair I have). It just takes waaaay to much time. Seriously, like 45 minutes to 1 hour every time I wash my hair! There is no earthly way possible I can air dry my hair. I totally look like a cross between an electrocuted victim and Simba! Not happening. And anyway, I just don't have that kind of time. I need time to blog, FB, pin stuff on Pinterest and now post on My Fitness Pal.com! And now with Bachelor, American Idol and DWTS beginning soon, I'm looking at only having the weekend left- and those are my 'cheat days'!! Oh, and feed my kids, of course. It's rare, but it does happen from time to time. I mean, why couldn't I just be slim, trim and fit without working out??? What a pain. It comes down to this: I either remain fat and unhealthy but enjoy life or look amazing in my swimsuit and give up my life! Decisions. I really need to think this through. I know some of you are probably wanting to slap me and tell me to 'DVR' my shows and work out instead, but then the entire world would know who Ben the bachelor chooses before me. That's a HUGE problem. Some of you suggest that I wake up at 4am to get my work out on; ya, great idea, only because my brain isn't functioning well enough to understand what the hell I'm doing at 4am, but that only happens in my altered life- aka dreams!
I'm supposed to go to a health seminar this weekend, but somehow going to Corpus for Boat n Net sounds way better! lol There's nothing like ordering your food, in the drive thru, via a PVC pipe after ringing the cowbell for assistance and stuffing your face with the best seafood EVER! That would totally make my month! I've done well, for the most part, since the beginning of January. This is week three for me and I hope to see/feel the results by the end of the month. Just in time for my birthday!!!

Awesome! I used MyFitnessPal to lose all of my pregnancy weight and more. I tracked my food every day, but I only put my weight in every week or two. That way I could see bigger drops at once.
