So this morning I woke up at 4:45am and got my work out done. I ran 10 miles in thirty minutes, I did 400 crunches, 400 push ups and squeezed in a couple laps in my indoor, heated pool. I was completely done in exactly 1 hour. I sat on my deck and enjoyed my breakfast of one bottled water and 2 pieces of shredded wheat. I showered, washed my long, healthy hair and didn't bother with makeup. I look amazing without it! I looked in my closet to see what little get up I'd be wearing today to the office and found nothing! Everything in there is a size 4 and is waaaay tooo big! My goodness, what am I gonna wear to cover my rock hard abs? Looks like I'll be shopping again today. I don't know,,, the weight just keeps falling off and I look soooo hot!
I finally decide to wear this outfit from BCBG, totally cute and fits every curve! I only paid 250.00 for it! It was pocket change.
Anyway, snack time comes around and I totally was still full from the shredded wheat so I decided to wait until lunch and just sip on my Vitacoco 100% pure coconut water. Now it's lunch time. I totally loaded myself with one bite of grilled chicken wrapped in one leaf of lettuce. Oh, I was sooo full and felt sooo big after that! I totally washed that down with a bottle of Fiji water. Before I knew it, it was time for my afternoon snack. My choice: 2 almonds. Still stuffed from lunch. After work I walked up 20 flights of stairs for fun and went to SAKS to purchase beautiful threads that actually fit. I splurged a little and spent 2,000.00 on a pair of shoes, and one outfit! They were having a sale! Can you say BARGAIN?? I was so excited. I'm going back tomorrow!!!
So dinner comes around and I decided to really spoil myself with a fun treat. A handful of chickpeas and tofu. Delish.
Well, time to watch RHOBH! Maybe I'll have my spinach smoothie in my favorite wine glass. Good night big people of the world!
lol! Buuuut, it's not 5 months down the road! It's week 2! And I'm dying here! lol By the way, if I ever sound like that, shoot me! Anyway, truth is I haven't noticed a difference yet. I'm looking forward to the days when I can actually talk on my phone without my fat cheeks touching the screen, calling random people at random times or flat out hanging up on them! I'm under construction and cannot wait to see the end results. I'm totally excited.
Yesterday's meal consisted of: an apple and green tea for breakfast, a tuna sandwich on wheat for lunch, water, no snack :( and a hamburger patty for dinner.
Today's meal consisted of: a whole wheat english muffin (those must be reeeeallly good for you because they taste like cardboard!), a tuna sandwich on wheat-again with a few baked chips, water, an apple for snack, water and rotisserie chicken with avocado on corn. My sister and I worked out and my legs feel like jello, my abs feel weak and my arms just wanna hang to the sides of me! This is torture! lol I CAN DO THIS!
