Everything was good until....

News breaks via text on my son's phone.

"I'll pick you up on Friday so you can help me unpack".  I'm sorry, what????  Yes, yes.  Apparently, my ex, I DID SAY EX, is moving here this Friday and sent a text to my son to let him know.  How sweet of him!  So this explains him wanting to know what apartment complex me and my boys will be moving into in October.  I actually don't agree with the ex living in the same complex, ESPECIALLY because there are tons of other apartments my baby daddy can choose from!  Of course the silver lining around this dark, evil cloud would be...nope... no silver lining!  So I thought!  I could knock on his door each month to collect my son's child support check- check! I could have him take the kids to school- check! Or keep an eye on them while I have my 'date night(s)'-check, check, check!  Hell, he could keep the boys over so they don't see me dragging in at 4am after a night of ritas and Taco Cabana (2 taco combo with chips n queso).  lol!  Like that ever happens!  Anyway, this might not be too bad.  But seriously, my kids wipe their own asses, can feed themselves, wash clothes, do dishes, fix cars, collect donations for the elderly, volunteer with disabled children (ok, who am I kidding?  They don't volunteer, they expect payment!) Why would 'dad' want to be around now??  Please,,,, dude,,, you've had all this time, all these years to spend with them and NOW you want to be around?  Better late than never?  Nah, I don't buy it.  I guess this is a free country, or at least it was the last time I checked, so he can choose to live anywhere he wants (I hear the senior citizens home is great!).  lol  I gotta stop being so mean.  Whatever! It's fun!  So, obviously, this story had no plot or moral or anything for that matter.  I was just venting.  I would greatly appreciate some positive comments, though!  lol  Is there a sliver lining??????????

As far as the birthday for Raeya, I'm now dreaming about it!  Thanks, Krista!  My life is now officially consumed by toole, ribbons and tons of sugar (which will be passed out to the kids UPON LEAVING!)  Poor little Joslyn (Raeya's cousin), she'll be enjoying buckwheat waffles with organic lolipops courtesy of her craaaazzzyyy mom!  lol
