Day 5. I love that phrase 'Bite It or Fight It'! That was just told to me by Gina, here at work! I love it! I think I'm going to use that as my little slogan as I eat my way healthy. The urges, amazingly, have not set in yet. I'm hoping they won't! I've been good this week which is a huge milestone for a junky like me! I'm used to having two to three sodas a day- none this week. I don't usually drink water- I've put more water in my system this week than I would in a year! Teas, hate them! I've had hot green tea for breakfast everyday this week.
Worked out again last night. 30 minute cardio to the tunes of Cher! "If I Could Turn Back Time", that's what I'm doing, turning back time! I love old music like that. Takes me back to a time when I actually had a waistline and an ass that wouldn't quit! haha. This morning I woke up sore. But felt GREAT!!! Yesterday's meals consisted of:
an apple and cottage cheese for breakfast. Green tea included. yummm.
string cheese for midday snack, water
spinach salad with rotisserie chicken pieces, one boiled egg and green tea.
an orange for my afternoon snack
two eggs for dinner with yummy water to wash them down!
All I know is I better lose weight and feel great really soon! This has been challenging, but not as bad as I thought. Of course, it's only day 5. :) I'll let you all know how it's going 10 days in!
