Could it be a sweatshop? Moving story #2

This is great!  I have no furniture moved it except a coffee table and the boys' mattresses.  We currently live like crackheads but without the track marks!  My room looks like the main crack station.  At least the boys have mattressess and comforters (Austin's is UT Longhorns which is beginning to look awesome and Jacob's is somekind of Nautica brand, plaid, really nice looking).  They have their nice flat screen TV's, game systems, etc.  Their bathroom looks nice, so their end of the apartment looks decent considering we don't have all our furniture yet.  My room, on the other hand, has an air mattress with no matching sheets or comforter, no curtains put up, boxes half full, half empty, clothes folded in a corner (yes folded!!!), a water bottle by my airmattress side, a portable DVD player for what feels like prison entertainment, curtain rod up against the wall (just in case I need protection from the upstairs Tali's), a couple unpaired shoes, hangers (not wire- I was traumatized when my mom beat me with them-lol  "jj mommy dearest!"), and 5 pillows for,,,,I don't know why! A total crack room at it's best!  For those of you who know me, know that for the most part I'm a very organized person.  I gotta have things in place, clean, good smelling, etc., etc.  So this is reallllyyy killing me! I'm just hoping I won't be tearing my hair out any time soon because of this unorganized situation they call 'moving'.  Really though?  In the last twenty years or so, I've moved about 764 times, at least, and I remember getting all my shit in order pronto!  This time it's different.  I'm not really sure why since my 7 'new, invisible' friends had me get rid of almost everything I owned last year! I would have thought that less stuff would mean I'd be settled in like half the time!  Dammit!  We only have cornpops, milk, water, salsa and two weenies from Gracie's gourmet meal on Saturday!  I'm sooo unsettled and unorganized it's not even funny!  I've been so frustrated with the Tali's upstairs and their noisy ass kids that I haven't had much sleep.  It's bad enough I'm already trying to sleep on an air mattress where my butt conforms to the ridges, making it less comfortable.  Note to self:  gently move Austin off his bed once he's in a deep sleep onto the floor so I can sleep, for once, in 4 days!  So, of course, I'm feeling,,,not so friendly these days.  Good news is that yesterday I was on my way to Gracie's house for dinner (yes and to watch DWTS elimination--- can't believe Chynna went home! What is this world coming to?). The police officer that lives on the third floor, across from the Tali's, was the one who actually talked to these people on Satuday and had also talked to me to find out details about the noise. Well, anyway, he was going up the stairs as I was headed out and he asked me how things were going noise wise.  I told him it was ok but still annoying.  He then told me that I wouldn't have to worry about screaming kids, running and jumping anymore after Friday.  "Whaaaaat?  Did I get them evicted? OMG!  Where would these poor people live", I thought.  Then that mean little voice hit me across the back of my head--- YES!!!!  They're out!  So, I asked the officer, "really?  Was it me?"  He said, "na, they were involved in some illeagal activity".  Say what????  I faced an illeagal activity-ist? Face to face?  Holy crap!  He coulda dragged me into his apartment and I would have never seen my family again!  (That was my first thought).  My second thought was; is a sweatshop illeagal?  Because if it is, and they happen to be running one, well, then, I'd like a sweater and booties before Friday for my inconveniences!  I prefer soft knit and colors of 'happy'!  Maybe even a hat for the winter, if time allows!  I mean, seriously, I don't think I'm asking for much after the crap I've endured! I'm hoping, at this point, these mutha effas won't retaliate against me before leaving!  If you see no blogs after Friday, please check on me! I'm either dead, or they've kidnapped me for sex slave purposes!  If anything, I would maybe do well as a sweatshop manager.  Just sayin'!

I'm not sure if a third moving story will arise (being that I might be dead and all), but the way things go in my dysfunctional life, they'll probably be a few more, if I'm still alive!  If I get kidnapped, I'm just hoping they have internet so I can still blog!

Please pray for my Uncle Rob who had surgery today.  Looks like difficult times ahead, but we're asking for prayers that the word 'difficult' won't be and that he recovers as soon as possible!  WE LOVE YOU UNCLE ROB!
